Group Buy - 20 x EK9 Carbon Spoiler


After a quick Google search for his username, I found he's registered on quite a few different forums offering group buys and whatnot, just thought i'd share this as i've been scammed in the past and it's awful to have it done to you.

Below, a forum he has recently been posting on, also on his profile it says hes based in Coventry.

Honda Accord Type R Owners Club -> Emotion Racer

Also I think his profile picture is someones car off this forum, i'm sure if seen it on here before.

The EK9 forum obviously needs a stricter policy on who it lets become a Vendor so this doesn't happen in the future. He's made nearly £2000 out of this scam.
 
General did you go and collect your spoiler as your the only person who has got one? Did you meet him?
 
Their car business is in Oldbury M5 Juntion 2. B69.

The person who did this is one of these people: Derek Ho, Kim Ming Yuen, Bennett Ho or Chow Tsz Him. Most likely the last one as the username has 'Him' in it.

This week I will be gathering all the info I have together and filing an official report with the police and PayPal on behalf of my brother and everyone else effected.
 
I tried a search for soulracing but no prevail, how did you get that info?
 
what a joke :( :( hope u guys get this sorted sooner rather than later nothing worse than being screwed over i know it all to well :( if i was yous and lived close i would be down at his so called company with a 9 iron lol

Yeh, that's what I don't understand. General will have to tell us who he dealt with when he collected it.
 
When he did the group buy, I saw that he said it's landing in B'ham so I said I would collect it and pay on collection. Weeks went and I heard nothing like the rest of you guys, I sent number of PM's. He then asked me to leave my contact number and will call me to collect.

About 3 weeks later (after also ignoring a few PMs), I got a call from a friend of his in Birmingham. I arranged to meet him which was in a public place so have no knowledge of where they are based. The guy I collected from was a mate of his and seemed genuine, he had nothing to do with any of the spoilers from what he told me, he said he had only been advised by his friend to call me and drop it off to me and collect the money from me. I asked about the rest of the spoilers but he said he wasn't told anything else, just this 1 to drop off :(
 
Cheers General, I think they did it to make sure no-one disputed their PayPal until the 45 day limit was reached.

Not sure, the guy seemed genuine but then again, he didn't seem to have anything to do with the group buy or the rest of the spoilers. I don't understand the way he logged in and told everyone he was on holiday and they cleared customs etc

I'm not keen the way he has copied and pasted my advert somewhere else claiming to be his :nono:
