However i had a problem with paypal last year and it was an automated email that you cannot reply to. Maybe you can call them though.

Hope everyone gets this sorted! Wonder how general got his though??

I reckon ''HIM520msport'' ''Soul Racer'' ''Emotion Racer'' only ever had one , used it for the pics then chose a random member to send it to...
 
Yeah just emailed them explaining the situation but got to wait at least 24hrs for a reply! We'll see tho what happens. :nerv:
 
yes you can call paypal as i was on phone with them few months back.
Open the dispute and then take it from there.
 
I got an automated email through telling me I need to ring them as its regarding a dispute.

Going to be busy on the phone over the next day or two!

I'm outside the 45 day window too! Pissin annoying! Mite call paypal and see if they can help me out. When you see they're a trader on here you assume there legit and trustworthy :(

Ok good news!

I just got off the phone to paypal and they said...

Even tho the dispute I went to set up is over the 45 day period it still gets logged and the message you get is just automated. As there are several complaints set up for the same seller they have noticed this and they will get looked at even tho your past the 45 days. :woot:


So I would say go onto paypal and go through the dispute process so it gets set up. It may be worth calling them if you have any more questions or doubts about what's going on.
 
I feel much better now and I can get on and enjoy this sunny Friday! :dance:
 
great to hear about yous getting ur refund jus read what happened complete joke :( its a sad day when u cant trust people on ur forum :( at leats ur getting refund s sorted this trader should defintaley get banned with immediate effect !
 
Well we've not got our money back yet! I thnk it mite be quite a while before this gets completely sorted.

It's awful that there are people out there who would want to do this.

Wonder if he used our money for this holiday he was on. This is really pathetic.

Awesome news! Well done RobbieD! My dispute was logged on paypal last night. Fingers crossed we all get this sorted out. I've been through a dispute with paypal before and they're pretty helpful. Bought sum parts from a guy in the US on ebay and they never turned up. Paypal paid me back really quick once they investigate. Lets hope they do the same here.
 
A guy at my work said the same thing about the holiday! Was proberly a lie to make us wait longer.

Picolo: that's good hear that they did sort yours quickly let's hope this one doesn't get drawn out for too long. With so many disputes against one name, hopefully they'll jump on it!
 
thats a really good news, i'd put a dispute in last night but i've passed the 45days period, i first thought was ' oh ****, £190 gone for nothing'. hope we all can get our money back ^^
