I would say Rotrex is the best but i do not believe anybody makes a kit for any 92-00 civic/integra, there are a couple of K20 kits. Jackson Racing as EK9turbo has pointed out is crap to put it bluntly however if you are just after a small increase and want to feel like you have a stroked engine without actually stroking it then the JRSC is not a bad option you just have to realize that 190whp is about the average on the 6psi pulley and 220whp is the maximum on the higher output pulley without an aftercooler. You can make up to 280whp with a JRSC but you will need an LHT after cooler and a built 2.0 high compression engine with a good exhaust system, a proper tune, and high octane fuel.
It would be better if you tell us how much power you are after and we can give you more advise. I honestly think if your after a JRSC building an NA 2.0 is a much better option, you will have about the same if not more power with more reliability and better response plus less weight.
