HOPEFULLY the damage isn't too bad for you guys that it can't easily be fixed.

Hi Guys
got an update police called this morning to say that the car had been found on saturday evening abandoned with false plates. why it onyl took them till now to tell me baffles me.
Anyhow to cut a long story short i now have the car back in my pocession and will be sorting insurance out to get the damage fixed hopefully get the car back to its best for the second time lol
thanks again for all the help and support means a lot i do however hope no one else has to experience this anytime soon as it is not enjoyable

Cant believe it took them 4 days to contact you :angry:, Hopefully you guys get the cars fixed and back to the way they where.
The police said anything about twats that stole them??

Just searched Milton car theives on YouTube. Couldn't see wishys car but the first video I saw was uploaded in 2007 and it's an ek9. Messing about on a gravel car park. ******* scruffs.

I saw this aswell when searching last night, not nice to watch at all knowing that is someone's pride and joy they have stolen and abusing it.
 
good you got your cars back :) been watchin them on youtube and theres loads its unreal!! civics, integras, subarus, evos, even a new RS4 and M3 :O :O how do they actually get away with it!!

yeah that video has been about since.. ages ago, i think it's been posted up here before too! proper scums man, first time seeing that actually hurt and angered me so much inside.

dan glad to hear you got your car back in pretty much one piece. wishy, hope this wasn't a big loss to you and as said, come back bigger and stronger! the one thing that was probably good was that the crossover sounded amazing! but never a good thing with them scums behind the wheel.. best avoid parking your car in the same spot if possible. and also an eye opener for all members here and try the best to avoid this. It will happen to some of us, no doubt. just depends on your luck!

Let's have a moment in silence and pray for that these scums die in the most painful way possible. RAT ARSE CUNTS!

It amazes me that these guys haven't been caught. Posting videos up from the same YouTube account. Driving the stolen cars in the same place a few times and catching their own cars on the videos.

The police are happy to use YouTube videos as evidence for dangerous driving/speeding but not catching repeat offending theives? Unless they have been caught... I which case they need dealing with in a much harsher way. Preferably getting lynched by the car they stolen.
 
Glad the motors have turned up lads, I was gutted when my eg got nicked. Luckily the cops found it almost straight away.

Any news from the police if they have any suspects for it ?

I find it weird that they knew it was a '1.8' vti. Its not like its badged as such or anything, plus it looks the same as a b16..

Total stab in the dark but my guess is these people scan car club forums that are open...like this and many others. They probably see members' cars out on the streets, trawl through forums to cross reference them and then bingo. I mean they could follow build details and any posts by members, like what mods they have done, what issues that car has, whether there is an alarm, immobiliser or tracking device etc.
 
These guys are absolute scum. Feel so much for guys who have had their cars stolen. Angers me so much watching these videos on YouTube. Someone should set up a bait car and a group of guys should wait for them to turn up & try steal it. See how they like getting abused with bats over the head

Good on you wishy for being positive , as you know karmas a bitch and I'm sure these guys will receive a little bad luck back . Next time they nick
a car they should drive it like they stole it . Their driving was pathetic .
