yikes! there are better intakes for the level your car is at.
No offense I hope; take a look at mugen or icebox.

Fun little rocket ship you have going there! :nice:

But the problem is no room to mount it and no room to run any pipework

It really is difficult to have anything proper

Im struggling to find a decent supplier of adhesive numberplates mate, where did you get yours from please?

the no plate was on the car when he got it.

Just for my own curiousity is there nowhere on the pas side to have the intake instead to routing it round to the drivers side, just seems weird to me?

Intercooler pipes and rad hose are directly in the way of getting to passenger side

I'll get a pic just to show how busy it is

So spent some time today measuring up a rear diffuser

Don't want to chop the one I've bought as it will end up in 2 pieces

Unsure of what material to use

Either 2mm thick aluminium or 1.5mm stainless

the intake is on the drivers side .. dont forget the charger is bottom mounted

and the number plate can be made up by any sticker making company ! just a white stick with the numbers and letter applied on top ... but its not reflective :p ... some can be made reflective

Cheers mate

So gauges should be going in this weekend

So another dead lambda, my denso lasted all of 3 weeks and 80 miles. Now replaced with an oem Honda one.

Also cleaned out the throttle body and rewired the intake air temp sensor due to erratic idle and hesitation

Should get my front splitter and rear diffuser made in a few weeks

with diffusers will be 100% agressor! but in my opinion there is one winglet too much :) I will try only with the bigger ones..

Not the best if its going to be burning through lambda sensors :( hopefully the Honda one will last!

I'd just disable the lambda sensor. Once the part throttle is tuned correctly it's not needed.

Looks good with the wheels, not a fan of the winglets an defo not the spoiler

Preferd it when you bought it an how it was looked alot better back then

No problem mate

It is love or hate, I just want to go down a different route. There's method behind my madness. It's only going to be a weekend/track car so want it more extreme. Hardly sees the road

i cant understand why its burning through the sensors it never done this before

As said above you could disable the sensor or buy an after-market wideband kit as they might last a lot longer , did you check the wire connections at the ecu ?
