K20 EK9 Type Rotrex

You would be better getting a full under car/rear diffuser, unless its just for looks lol

i cant understand why its burning through the sensors it never done this before

As said above you could disable the sensor or buy an after-market wideband kit as they might last a lot longer , did you check the wire connections at the ecu ?

Planning on getting some wiring done soon, just a tidy at ecu end. Have an aem wideband kit ready to go on. Will see how long this lambda lasts, it's very strange

I am making my own rear diffuser to start with. See how well that goes then do a front. As stated many times not interested in making it pretty and going for looks.

First trackday booked for feb at Blyton

if you are building a front diffuser it is worth noting that it will only create proper downforce if it is strong enough to support your weight - i.e standing on it

Thanks Steven. I didn't know that

Will have to reconsider the thickness of the material I'm using

Im going to be making my own splitter/ front diffuser next week, I'll post up a thread about it so you can see how I'm doing it, not sure on the thickness of my plywood though lol
Was going to go for 9mm and brace it up loads.

Great logic, I wouldn't have thought about this! :nice:

Will do may take me a week or so to build it but I'll get there. I'm wondering if 9mm is strong enough? I don't want it too thick because of weight but obviously if it bends its not working.

Seen a thread about a golf and the fella used 9mm plywood because it had 5 plys. The 12mm had 5 plus aswell but more weight.
I'll go to b&q tomorrow And try snapping ther wood lol

Sam, just signed up on here to keep my eye on for sale section etc, did i see your car on the dyno today?
