Ok people – this Sunday is Total Jap Car Scotland. Hopefully you will have seen our recent press in the Sun and Daily Record newspapers or perhaps our competition that is running on Capital FM  We’re famous!
Every club has been sent extra stand passes just in case you have last minute attendees on the stand.
Below is the line-up of events and some important info  please read it all…….
• Gates open at 8am for clubs / track cars etc. Club cars need to be there at 8am to set up.
• Anyone arriving in a Japanese car that is NOT on a club stand or on track, can park on the general show stand (saves you leaving your baby in the car park), this is only for those arriving before 9am however, after 9am it’s the car park for ya!
• Track time starts 9am, suggest getting there earlier of course to get signed on etc.
• Drag elimination is FREE – only 20 spaces so sign up on the morning, 1st thing
• Public Drift off is FREE – only 6 spaces so sign up on the morning, 1st thing
• BDC / Team Japspeed – will be out on track doing drift displays throughout the day featuring Shane Lynch and Steve Baggsy Biagioni!
• Kart-Attack – a mini time attack competition which was a huge success last year, back again. £100 cash prize or £125 driving experience for the winner (yes, you get to choose) £10 per entry, fastest laps get you into the final. Try out as many times as you like. Qualifying heats run from 10am to 12 noon and LAST ENTRY for this is 11.00am. Register at the Karting office.
• HOT LAPS in the Time Attack Impreza – this Impreza is sponsored by PRO-R and driven by Cross Roads’ Jon Mathers. 10 people can win a hot lap which will be recorded and the video will be given on a memory card, raffle tickets available on the morning at the gate or from our stand at the Best of Arena
• CLUB CHALLENGES – we will be looking for a team from each club to take part in a series of mini challenges on the day – a bit of fun! – to aim for the title “Total Jap Car Club Champions 2011!”
• We have Road Traffic Defence holding Q&A forums in the morning and afternoon to answer any road traffic questions and give advice – see the programme on the day for timings.
• TRACK INVASION – at 5pm ALL the show cars from the day are able to take part in a track invasion. Make sure you hang around for this!

Sunday only £15 (normal price £20)
Weekend ticket £25 (normal price £35)

A show guide with details of the traders discounts and timetable etc will be handed to all drivers as they enter Knockhill, if you don’t get one you can pick one up from us at the Best of Arena
There will be awards for Best Modified, Car of the Show, Best standard, Kart Attack and more.
Journalists and photographers will be in attendance from our magazines as well as Japanese Performance and Redline Magazine. Look out for after show coverage!
