KOOL JACCS INTEGRA


Big photo dump incoming. I dropped the car off at the bodyshop to get some bits done to tidy the car up, on arrival i asked for the wheels, headlignts, rear arches and roof to be tidied up as there was the odd chip or rust bubble needing seen to but nothing major. After stripping the car down the shop phoned me to say there was a good few bits needing attention and i was as well getting the full rear and roof of the car done.

The wheels were also in amazing condition under the old coating bar one slight kerb mark which was sorted easily

I also ordered new type r badges from honda and a new battlecraft gear knob as id wanted one since i got the car

Last picture i got from the shop the car looks quite sorry for itself but this week it goes in for paint and should be finished by next week so ill post more pics once i get them

The progress looks great. I think the paint splash all over the tires of this car. I cant wait to see how this build will turn out.

Thanks man, the wheels in the last pic are just a set of atr wheels the shop put on while mine are getting refurbed. Hoping the car is done within the next week do i can get some work done as im going to trax at silverstone in october
 
Good to see you take care of her! What does that amount of work in the UK cost? I think here you'd be thinking of 2500 - 3000 euro's.

I actually did a good bit of work for the owner as im a joiner to trade and they just opened a new shop and powdercoating business so this is him returning the favour im scared to think what it would have cost me otherwise!

Wheels refurbed by pro powder and paint in cambuslang.

I then got to work fitting my new meister r coilovers set to a very respectable ride height. Threads were greased prior to fitting.

She looks good with the tidied up paintwork i must say.
I then had some other bits n bobs to do including new stickers, new glovebox clips, my battle craft gear knob and my not nismo not ciggarette lighter!
Next up is a good detail and interior shampoo!

Thanks bro! She will never be perfect like but as long as i can keep the rust at bay im happy id love to get a full underside restoration at some point in the future but for now im just going to enjoy the last month or so before the gritters return
 
Managed to get some oem style centre cap stickers made up after the wheels were refurbed.

That's a beauty, the JDM Integra has aged much better than the one they sold here. Deffo looks better with the OEM wheels on it.
 
Made the trip down to trax. First time ive attended a car show with my own car since japfest 2014 i have to say 7 hours on a motorway without a 6th gear is not a fun time. But she made the 1200km trip with zero issues!

Also decided the battlecraft knob wasnt for me so it away to its new home. Gave the oem a spin on a drill with some metal polish and remived the flaky red filler from the numbers
