Mini Marathon help

I've decided to mini marathon again this year. It's in aid of cancer, one of best mate's dad's has cancer so it's really for him I'm doing it. Any donations or support would be much appreciated. I'm hoping to do it in around the 40 min mark, well thats the goal I've set myself. To put that in real terms it'd mean that I'd run the marathon in the under 3 hours. The last time I done the mini marathon in 49 mins and I ran the marathon in just under 4 hours so I'll be pushing myself to do it under the 40 min mark. Any help would be much appreciated. Hope your dad's making a good recovery. My mate's dad had it before and they cleared it but now it's back again and their not sure if they cure it again. Cheers for the help.
