my ek4 build up thread ( black knight )

bought the car a year ago but didnt really do much as i didnt have much money. it got a full respray but the job was crap . i got it for £900 as it was in a front end smash heres a picture before it was smashed .

when i bought the car it came with no front or back bumper. no rear lights or wing mirrors. i sorted all of this and made it road legal . i have no pics of what it looked like and hadnt done anything more up until the last month. i have bought ek4 standard wheels to replace the horrible 18s . i got the powdercoated with and got some red badges made up. this is the only pic i have of them at the moment .

also bought some hayeme coilovers until i can afford some better ones . think its pritty low just now. got some d2 lca's to get fitted and camber adjusters.
also some red wheel nuts and and a plate tilter so should have some pictures when i get the car back.

only got two engine mods at the moment one is a long arm aem and a 7.5lb fidanza flywheel.

when i got the car the interior was stipped down only front two seats left. so i hae got some ek3 interior for the moment till i can get some ek4 interior. repleaced the front seats with ep3 ones . thats it so far any comment welcome have some photos at the weekend for you guys .

car is in the paintshop at the moment and should get it back this friday . here is some pics of how it is looking just now

it's nighthawk black was thinking of another colour but would have been a good bit more to do all the checks and engine bay

yeh i was a bit worried about that but everything seems to be coming along nicely. cant wait to get her back now.

finally got the car back on saturday so here is some pics. the dont really do it justice as its on a phone and taking by me who has no clue how to take a decent photo.

ctr front bumper and ek9'ed headlights and plate tilter.

ek4 vti alloys powdercoated white with custom made red badges and anodised red wheel nuts.

smoothed back bumper, de-badged and de-wipered.

my mate back to blacking the tyres.

goin to try and get a proper camera and find someone who has so photography skills.
