you sure thats a vti-s?

wrong bumper lips and they are usually black?
 
there not "usually black", VTI-S were only made in black and wer all made on a R reg number plate if i remember right, someone correct me if im wrong on the R plate but i know they came in black only. Unless its been sprayed?!

I was told this too but the car was a type r rep when I bought it so I changed the spoilers but I can't find vtis lips anywhere, my tax book says vti s. my friend also had one the same colour as mine and his tax book was vti s, I think the black ones are more rare only 500 made, correct me if I'm wrong. New to Hondas and the forum. Struggling to get pictures up, is there a how to guide? Cheers for the input :)
 
looks very nice,and comet blue is one of my favs..but it isnt a vti-s..as already said they only made 500 and all came in black..the confusion is there because honda messed up with the registration,so lots of ek4 vti's were registered as a vti-s,and some of the genuine vti-s are down as a normal vti lol.

so what you actually have is just a normal ek4 vti..nice none the less!
 
also i think at a show it would look 10x nicer with no plate at all..just my opinion
 
Nice car chap, as stated above its not a VTIS... there is NO DASH lol

lads the Jordan civic was a run of 500 ;)

Civic EK4 VTIS:

ONLY 200 Made however it is definately safe to say there is no where near that many left. maybe not even 150 left.
All starlight Black Metallic
All made in 1998 on R plates.
They had Speedline alloy wheels only found on that model civic and also had a mid Spolier at the back.. also one off lips front and rear..

Other than that its an EK4 Vti lol. also as stated alot of the logbooks that say VTIS are not VTIS and alot of the VTIS's were actually down as VTIS.

i was lucky enough to Own one that was VTIS on the logbook and an actual VTIS.

Dam I was just going by what the tax book said, awk well. I'm after a set of Rotas or rays, anyone help with a colour choice to suit my car?
