Been on here for a while now but i never got the time to put my pride and joy up. Alot of man hours and money has went into this. Car was originally a 1.4 and blue. Hope you's like it! Here is the spec list

Seen this car in the flesh and its a great replica!

If you never said this was a replica I would of had it down as an ek9!

5 lug conversion and the EK9 bump strips and it'll be spot on :D Looks amazing how it is anyway :cool:
 
Dont want to bust chops here, the hatch looks great......but if i lived in a country where it is easy to import the real Ek9, why not drop the dime on the real deal?

What is the difference between ek9 and ek4 bump strips? I can't seem to see the difference so it must be minor?
 
I was thinking that aswell spek9. i could't insure the real deal splat and i wanted to my stamp on a car.
 
Not in the car yet the inside is completely stripped out will get some up when its built back up. I see your breaking the whole car now mite be interested in some more parts. I want your steering wheel lol.

Lol no problem mate just send me a txt, yea hard decision but house that im currently renting is going up for sale soon and Im wanting to buy it so cars gotta go...
 
Got the engine took out today and i was wondering what paint should i use to freshen it up? I have painted the gearbox with hamerite smooth silver would this be alright for the block even no its not heat proof paint?
 
you'd be better off get some brand of high temp paint.
 
Silver VHT paint is what you need mate, any motorfactors will do it cheap enough
