would anyone have the part number so i can get one of these from lings or honda? cheers aidan

I can do you a N1 for £66.79 delivered to mainland UK

Harmonic balancer will prolong the life of the engine, N1 pulley will not.

Not this topic again... when will people ever learn....

...when they start using the search feature? Which is FREE last I checked.

pretty sure i found it by using google and not the search as nothing came up on the search here. you must have an exciting life if all you can do is pipe up with a comment that has no relievence to what i asked.

...then by all means, install that on your civic! :)) looser.
Some folks can not see past their own nose, pity.

Why did I fit a solid pulley? When you have broke your oil pump and destroyed the engine you will ask yourself that question. Honda fitted the balancer for a very good reason.

But! But! Someone, somewhere, once used one of these once and it was like, totally reliable! :naughty:

It's an integra I drive... Don't see why Honda would supply these and sell them on the on vehicles of there going to do damage. Steven ek9 ran it on his and he knows his stuff so il take the risk, il be sure to post here if my engine goes bang. I didn't ask for your sarcastic comments so if you have nothing constructive to say then if suggest you don't say anything atol

I'm sure you were the one that had a go cause I didnt use the search. I'd rather someone gave me good advice on why not to use it rather than giving me ****. If your on the forum to give out **** then I don't want to hear it but I'm all for some constructive Critasism or advice on why not to use it

I'm in no way knowledgeable in harmonics in any types of engines but I'm sure Kozy said in another thread that you shouldn't use one on a b18 because it will throw the whole harmonics of the crank out. I'm sure he could explain it better.

Plus I'd listen to the guys here because I've never seen them give a wrong answer to an issue. End of the day it's your engine/money I suppose but people are just trying to help.

Don't use it. If you want to find out why search. There are plenty of destroyed engines out there.

I ran one for 10k on my b18cR with no probs, tracked and down the 1/4 regular.
