Need HELP JDM 101 SCAMMER (resolved)

WOW I cant believe this **** can happen twice to me!!! Just got scammed off of a e-gay for another SPoon duckbill! WTF? I guess GOD does not want me to have a spoon duckbill for my EK. And this guy I hope the worst thing will happen to him! Its bad to say but scamming me out of my hard earned money of 437.60 is well worth me saying that the worst should happen to you DONNEL
 
All I can say is... PAYPAL SUCKS!

The classic email you get from them...

"We decided in your favor, unforahcnatly we were unable to retreive any funds from the sellers account"

"But don't worry, we'll give them a slap on the hand"
 
So true! I was on the phone with them and asked what kind of process to you guys factor in when they sign up for a paypal account? They did not have any kind of concrete answer other than "Oh a bank account, major credit card." They do suck! I cant believe this guy has the nerve to still even post on this site!
 
PayPal is so big and rich it doesn't care about the minority it f***s over. Fill in an FSA complaint, once they get enough there will be an investigation of PayPals business practices.

Should of just brought one from Spoon, would of been alot easier and cheaper in the long run!

Sorry to hear about this though mate, Ive had money scammed before - no where near that much, but aint nice.
 
i dont trust ebay at all!
i dont really like buying stuff on the internet unless they have a good reputation
 
No updates. Guy stopped e-mailing me and all! No contact or anything! Contacted the FBI and they said they will do an investigation. try and get in touch with the local authorities over there! As for the guy on e-bay what another ****ing scumbag! Called him yesterday and he actually answered. I told him who I was but he was playing dumb and hung the phone up on me! Called paypal and bitched at them! I asked them do you guys do any backround checks on people? Cause this is ridiculous! I told what had happened to me in the past 3 months. He reassured me that they will cover the 275.00 from paypal. WIll see what happens once August 31st comes by! I told why give them the time? If he does not repsond withing 24 hrs obviously he wont repsond at all cause he took the money and ran!
 
thats messed up, good luck withh it all mate....ppl like that will rott in hell, and karmas is the sweetest thing, keep ya head up dude luck is bound to find its way back to u!!

im very sorry to hear that dude, i had money scammed before this was on egay i payed £85 for a eg6 rear mid spoiler guy couldnt delvier sent lots of email and stuff then never responded i contact my bacnk and said its to late it would off ben too much hassle for me to chase him he was based in LA i should of got his address and got my cuzin from LA to trash his shop or whatever but more bad luck happend after my car got broken in to and stuff stolen so i gaved up:(

then ebay tryed it on with me again when i sold an item the buyer never responded basicly changed his mind when contacted him he never replied until i filed a dispute where he said he will buy and emailed me then called me on my phone. by then i offered 2nd chance offer but ebay charged me 2 times value fee toltaling £70 for what? when i call ebay the 4ucker couldnt harldy spek english said ebay will not refund you i explained how can you charge me twice whne i only sold the item once he said nothing can be done then i just left it after doing some research i found how i can really destroy egay rep. as my current job i wrte letters to people and companies so i can write i very strong and direct. threaten that i will post my concerns on public sites and also contact watch dog etc eventualy i recved a crappy email said things like this happen but can only dispute it once blah blah blah then said will refund me as a goodwill gesture. bottom line fck ebay and anyone that i never dealed with before. ppl like this should be hunted down and tortured
 
I hope this guy ROTS along with his family!!! FN scammers! No one is perfect I know. I've sold a lot on forums and sometimes I deliver late but I have never scammed anyone out of their hard earned money. This MOTHER ****ER piece of **** is a ****ing looser dickhead!!!
