This was a new event run this weekend and was supposed to be like a miniture goodwood, but as with alot of new events there were many teething problems mainly caused by the torrencial rain in the days leading up to it and all day saturday, but at least sunday was alittle better with some good runs and a fair amount of spectators.

Managed to get a pic in before the rain started saturday....

It then rained hard and the event was canceled before any timed runs....,so onto sunday!

Then the awards

Ended up with a class win but more importantly maximum points for a championship im doing, so job jobbed.
Hillclimbs arnt really my thing but it was 12 miles from my house so thought id give it a bash.

Went to watch this, seen 1 of your runs, well a tiny bit of it anyway,

As a spectator this was the worst event I've ever been to, was no where to view a good area of the track and couldn't even get to the pit area!

To be fair the course was only 900 metres long so there would always be limited spectator areas, and on the sunday there was no 'pits' as the paddock got trashed due to the rain friday and sat.

Saying that tho hillclimbs arnt my thing and wouldnt really choose to spectate one unless friends are competing, especially not with the stupid price to get in, that really was a joke in my view.

It was a first run so hopefully they will look at the feedback and.comments and learn for next year....,time will tell.
