in Japan, on Yahoo Auctions, there are many fake parts recently.

As parts are becoming more rare and prices are increasing, please take care to avoid importing fake parts
  • fake / replica Mugen rocker cover (aka valve cover)
  • fake / replica Mugen air intake
  • fake / replica headlamps
  • fake / replica ignition components (distributor, cap, rotor)
  • Repainted OEM rocker covers (valve covers) advertised as being new
  • Fake steering wheels and NSX-R or NSX-S horn buttons

Iv been seeing this more and more lately.
 
Fake Spoon clocks as well. Sadly people have bid thousands on a fake...
