clutch and flywheel will be fine about town, fitted a similar clutch with 3.6kg flywheel to my K20 and it's very drivable :)

only thing im worried about the flywheel is that during the gear changes it will drop out of vtec and peak boost, which i think a ITR flywheel would have been a better choice as its the lightest out of the b series cars and would have been ideal.

Car is currently in the garage again getting it's tints, headlight makeover, and screamer pipe side exit popping out the bumper just in front of the O/Side Tyre. fitting the exit with a circular metal plate so it doesn't burn off the lacquer.
then back off to henry roy next week to get a Final Tune, flywheel and clutch fit. then its Japfest 2 :)

as for the hater <3 I do most of the paintwork myself and spend hours detailing and constantly cleaning. Anything else I leave to the professional's as i don't have a single mechanical qualification to my belt, nor have attempted to.

Performance - FINISHED
Cosmetics - few bits and pieces.

What's been done?

Hardrace camber kit installed with 1 degree of camber on all 4.
Stage 3 F1 competition clutch installed
New Custom manifold from Japan installed
Toda Lightened flywheel installed (You can really tell a difference with the revs!)
new thread brackets for the suspension for better support.
Poly Engine mounts ordered, will be put on next week
Few bits and bobs taken off for weight saving.
Kumho V70A Medium compound track tyres fitted.

Final Tune completed b Henry Roy
317WHP and 200 ft-lb torque. Including all transmission losses
putting engine horse power a tad over 360bhp.

Which is more than what I was hoping for or expecting!

Things to fix or change.
Suspension showing real signs of wear, needs replacing soon (it's nearly a decade old)
probably replace with tein super streets
Turbo showing signs of leakage again, slight smoke under acceleration. Still under warranty from last years recondition.
Head gasket/bores need to be checked...
No signs of water/coolant leakage yet heat gauge always usually sits at halfway or slightly above towards high... Need to figure out what the issue there is.
Loud whining sound when car goes into reverse.

Apart from that she's a beast.

Cosmetics to be finished.

Wheel's need repainted again... peeling off a few weeks after being done (lips were tin, need different bonding)
Window tints to be done
Headlights need to be finished

then project is complete!

I need to figure out what Exhaust tip to put on. Still a peashooter out the back. :/

can i ask why you swapped a custom manifold for a ebay special ?

neither manifold is an ebay special.

Both have been custom.
Previous one was poorly made and kept cracking.
This one is manufactured in Japan and looks really well made.
 
it looks to be a XS power type manifold ? the previous one looked to be of better quality shame it cracked
 
previous one was custom made by Henry Roy.

New one is of much better quality, welds.. brackets all link really well put together.
 
Cheers guys! One of the most intense things I have ever done, loved it.

Car defo needs some loving and I have run out of funds!

Needs new gearbox, head gasket, turbo seals and a radiator...
There is a weird rattling/whistling/ noise that comes in at certain RPM ranges no matter what gear and makes the same noise wether driving or sitting still and revving up.
that would normally sound like the baffle box except it sounds like its coming from the passenger side front wheel arch, think it might be the dif... doesn't sound like a CV Joint
