Hiya guys, I booked something to be collected on monday and haven't recieved any documents or anything from them. Suffice to say, they never came to collect yesterday. I tried phoning them but its all automated, what a ****ing jip! Pissed off here, what's the point of having a number if its just a ****ing answering machine. Cunts.

Anyways, would anyone know how to contact them? I tried emailing but to email, you need a tracking number, of which doesn't work

Agree with dan mate stick with the well known companies Paisley freight, parcel force etc all the best

Just sent you a PM mate, if you booked a collection for yesterday then you would have selected a time window for them to come ie, between 11:00-14:00 and they should have been there between that time for def. They use Parcelforce so maybe contacting parcelforce with a tracking/ref number to see what is going on.

I have used senditnow.com loads of times with no problems!

When you say that they never sent you any documents, you do know that you need to print the postage labels when you have booked the collection? You should also have been sent an email with all of the details as this is the standard proceedure

Are you sure that the payment for the delivery was processed and booked ok?

I had a similar issue with Hermes Delivery - worked out ok in the end but loads of horror stories, and when you try and contact them - nothing! I kept getting bounced around until ages later my parcel turned up.

This was a classic case of you get what you pay for.

I wasn't sent any postage labels or anything, just a receipt from worldpay? I selected my window frame and I also selected the option to print the label as I always print them when i send stuff off.. Ah, what an nightmare.
