Ste's S2000

Beautiful car mate, the hardtop looks amazing! :) I'm defo gona own one 1 day! :)

More boring updates,

despite having the uprated facelift speakers there was very little bass, so i decided to fit an underseat sub to improve the sound. Its only a ripspeed one, but they are the same internals as the Armour Automotive ones and from past experiance sound better than the more expensive alpine version.

The next task sounds very pathetic  but it had been doing my head in, the wheel bolts had service rust on them and annoyed me everytime i looked at them, so i removed them all and cleaned them up.....this was the worst:

All done and clean

next tasks....

*Remove front reg plate holder and fit smaller reg plate
*Clean and paint all calipers, hubs and disk surrounds
*Underseal and treat all archs and behind rear bumper

It's unlikely to rust anyway, but better safe than sorry

More progress today, painted the rusted disks and calipers

Well, took the S2k on Anglesea circuit today and i must be honest i was very impressed, it needs some stick track tyres and uprated brake pads at least though. The standard suspension seemed very good too, so for the time being i may just get some bracing.

A few pics....
