I was just wondering what very cheap mods people are doing to their civics these days?

I've tilted my spoiler with 2 bolts, 2 stud connectors, and 2 nuts to a total price of about 93p

I've also made a little bracket to tilt my front number plate...
Made from, 4 corner mounts bolted together with a couple of bolts and nylock nuts which cost about £3.50

Depends what you mean by "mods"???

Visualt tweaks or actual real world performance modifications?

As said strip it, best gains for no cost at all!
Remove sound deadening, will pass some time :)

Use your air intake resonater to make a cold air feed to airbox

apart from stripping it out , put a carrot on a stick out the front... :naughty:

it doesn't matter, just things no matter how big or small that make some kind of a difference wether looks, performance or what ever else that doesn't set you back too much

Just a little thread I thought might interest a few people aswell as me

Also, if you've done this mod, feel free to explain how you did it :)

Get a black plastic drain pipe angle from B&Q (DIY shop) to to the same job as Spoon intake elbow.
Dunx

add a reservoir tank cover, paint stuff like the radiator mounts black :D

I 3rd HondaCTR and type-r-dunk. You can fab your own cold air box by using your stock air box and some off the shelf parts. You can plumb it into the fender and add a velocity stack to the air inlet side (similar to the Comptech Air Box). Then combine that with a high flow filter (K&N). It's not a super HP gain (esp without an exhaust upgrade) but it's a cheap DIY mod!
