What exhaust is this?? Spoon N1 exhaust????

Guys how are you doing?
Basically I have 2 question.

1.- When I bought my EK4 converted to EK9 it came with this exhaust:
Does anybody know if this is any known exhaust? it sounds really superb, but dont know if its has been reconstructued (look at the rivets) or what....
Yeah i know it looks bad...




2.- Now the second question. I got this exhaust last friday, owner didnt know what it was but i think its a spoon N1, but doesnt have any spoon emblems (I think older versions didnt have one). In this pics it is very dirty.









Am I right? is this a spoon n1?
IM gonna post pics tonight with the cleaned and installed new spoon? exhaust.

the one with the rivets looks like a zigen border 304...the bottom pix appear to be Spoon N1

When i bought the car, they told me that the exhaust came with the ek9 chassis from Jap, and a friend of me, and friend of the guy who built the car, told me it was some kind of 5zigen exhaust, so it maybe the one youre saying, but from the pics ive found I dont see any rivets....

Now this are some pics I just took with the spoon N1 (supposed) alrealy cleaned, polished and installed.







Any one has another opinion?
Is it a border 305?
Is the current one a Spoon N1???
 
dont know about the first, but the second one thats on the car now def looks like an n1 i have one on my car and looks exactly the same. except mine got a little plaque sayins spoon n somthing else. :)

When i saw it and compared to N1 pictures around i was pretty sure it was a spoon N1.
Now, i think only new ones come with the little spoon Plaque.
Can someone confirm this?
 
First one is 5zigen border 304
Second one is the older Spoon n1s before the plaque was introduced
 
the first one looks like a micron race can of a motor bike.

do the 5zigen border have rivets in them i dont know as never seen one
 
first one is a border style tailpipe,but the box is at least twice the size.its homemade,not genuine 5zigen
 
I have the 5 Zigen 304 RO, and the 1 st pic is not the 304 bordermax..Im very sure
2nd pic is confirmed spoon N1..Spoon N1 is much awaited by the price is quite high in malaysia since everybody is looking for that.
