I want other people's opinions on what is the best manifold for the b16b. I will discount side exit manifolds as the one that i will eventually use will connect to a decat and catback system.
By 'Best' i mean, the most efficient manifold that can give the most gains in torque/power between 210 and 250hp.
From research, im of the opinion that the 98spec oem header is a good option for up to about 210ish hp, but after that becomes restrictive.
The TODA version 1 and version 2 seem to be the best performing manifold for up to and over 250hp.....would you agree?......
Is there any realistic alternatives to the Toda?

Opinions needed on this.
Thanks.

Not as far as everything I've heard, TODA seems to be the best hands down. But in reality, small capacity N/A - is it gonna make THAT much difference?

Read the sticky thread in this section. There is one thread started by Blinx that will help you find the best manifold for the said engine. I am saving up for a genuine SMSP header.

toda is king

unless your pushing mega power when you would need a long tube design for best gains

Thanks. Just read the whole thread, cant believe i missed it.
SMSP street seems to be the business.

toda and general of shelf branded stuff is poor in comparison to high end manifolds (although toda is good for of the shelf manifold), phone someone like hytech, smsp or bisimoto in u.s and have a chat, give your specific engine spec and theyll custom make you one if you want extract most from your motor

Toda,

or if you want one thats more easily obtainable and off teh shelf go for a vibrant header,

or wait for tegiwa to finish their toda copy,

I like custom made stuff, but my wallet does'nt!
Tegiwa's replica header will be very interesting. If they can prove it can give similar powergains on a dyno, then i can see people q'ing up for it.
