where can I get a detailed manuel on a ek9 and b18c4 engine?

Im planning to rebuild my engine and being new to honda I wanna get all the information I can get my hands on.

Do haynes do manuels for the ek9 or b18c4 engines from mb6?

If there are any manuels online ect please send me a link.

I had the proper Honda workshop manual has everything in it, sold it to a guy on here called Shaun from Andover, torque settings tools you need everything
