Which Final drive and syncros for a S4C box

The box is still on the car, it functions fine other than the syncro has gone between 4th and 5th. Suppose I will be replacing seals and bearings, might as well whilst it's off the car

There is 1 synchro per gear , is it grinding in 4th and 5th ?

Might have worn dog teeth on the gear(s) too and the synchro hub aand sleeve maybe worn also. Synchros arent always the only worn part .
 
Yeah it's just starting to grind, only at high rpm tho, and only between 4th and 5th
