electric windows struggle to go back up and is very slow any ideas?

you need to take the door card off and put silicone stuff on it or something to stop it being slow

Open up the door cards and grease up the mechanisms with the above, or even WD40 works

dont silacone sprey the rubbers!!! take the door card off and oil up the mecanism!! i had this problem recently fitted a new seal and done what ive just said and its perfect

Or yes, take the doors apart and lub-er-up! But most likely its only the rubbers.
If you have been really struggling with the windows going up, there is a small chance you bent on of the arms which would cause the slow roll up as well as the rubbers.

Every honda iv had suffers from this, WD the mechanism clean then regrease, should do the trick.

also clean any grease from the rubber guides will help

Just keep that lubed up enough and you should be fine.
