Bought this about a month ago, great car! Had a tiny bit of problems but nothing major :). needed a new rear ARB assembly plus bar, and a lower tie bar. Also some rusting had to be fixed and the brakes taken apart cause the rear ones were sticking. Compression tested it at 225psi per cylinder, so a nice healthy engine too, pulls fantastic in and out of vtec :)

Completely standard apart from a silenced decat and spoon N1 back box.
Did have a Buddyclub SpecIII but grew tired of the constant police attention.

Hey mate that is an extremely clean EK9! Glad you got all the small problems fixed. Any plans for it?
Wots the milage on it and where did you get it? Where is balloch by the way? I live outside edinburgh but never heard of balloch? :)

Nice example what plans you got for it dude ? good work sorting out the little niggles ! :)

Nice example, though surely the Spoon N1 isnt much quieter than the Buddy Club.

ive got the standard rear lower tie bar if thats what yoy're after matey??? p.m. me

Thanks all, best purchase i've made in a long time!

ramboteamjohn - Balloch is about 20 miles north of glasgow on the A82.

neilvtec - For the now plans wise I'm thinking of a spoon ECU and some semi slick tyres for the summer :) already done fixing it up, such an improvement!

Tim - It's MUCH quieter, the specIII was pretty much a SpecII with a canister, totally straight through, it has the EK9 B-pipe and Spoon box, not too loud and pulls much harder through the mid range.

Matt o - Already got it mate but thanks for the offer :)

Nice mate:nice: looks really clean, would really recommend a set of toyo's r888 tyres they are a awesome tyre mate, but don't last long like:((

In the 1st pic the wheels look strange, might be the camera or the angle of the shot :(

looks clean though ;)
