is there any difference between b18c and b18c5 intake manifold

i notice in the above write up that it failed to mentioned some head works. the vtec hole of head must be closed otherwise oil will spill out and leak all over , this vtec hole is no longer needed as a new vtec line (external) is connected from the block to head

the vtec of my built b20vtec is not working/not engaging, any suggestions how to work this up

just remember make your block strong especially the thread for head stud, its the weakest link of them all, weakest than the piston wall

fully built b20vtec all the way. no substitute for displacement

hey why not joined your ek9 to WRC and let see how it match up, with the evo, subaru, cetroen, et al

look like your spark plug are fouling and misfiring, the dark colored is indication of unburned fuel and/or oil

install catch can tap/connected in the front valve cover and i noticed that there is presence of water vapor inside the catch can, is this normal

go b20vtec all motor fully built, no regret. a combo of b20z and b18type R head is amazing

sorry, im running a b18c type r head with type r cam matched with stock b20b bottom down

matching b18 head into b20 bottom will give you a monster frank set up, im running this set up

which one will deliver fastest & quickest speed a stock ek9 built or stock b20vtec with type R head and stock bottom b20b
