Never ordering anything from AccessoryZone again, been waiting for something for the last month! Communication has been non existent! No contact number? what company doesn't have a phone!

I have seen similar threads but some people seem to have okay dealings with them.
But personally im NEVER ordering anything from them again! Waste of time :angry:
 
I've had problems with them in the past. Terrible communication. I told myself I would never deal with them again but about two months ago they had a rear strut bar on sale for £70 and this was about £90 in other places. I heard they were under new management so I took the risk and bought it and it arrived within a few dyas. Anyway, looks like they're at it again so i'm 100% not going back to them. Hope you get your item mate.

Thanks for that rippu, just confirmed it for me. i hope i either get my stuff or my 600 quid back!
 
**** as said on CL forums, I was gonna dash out aroun £600 on them, lucky I did a quick search and it led me to that same topic

No problem, good luck! If they dont do anything, have a word with Gerry, he seems to know how to deal with them :lol:
 
It's a shame, as when they are good they're fine but there has been so many **** ups with them, mainly down to bad communication. I do know that Alan is back at the moment, he is just finalising the sale of his house and is permanently going back to America and a guy called Chris will (or should) be taking over the UK sales - I think they are a bit between people at the moment!
 
totally agree, they really are a shower of s**t. my mate ordered a spoon n1 in january, he only got it this last week. he'd got to the point where he had written it off and was looking for a 2nd hand one. he got in touch with them every week but they only every replied when they had thought of another excuse. ( and they blamed nearly everything)

poor poor company and i'd never recommend them.
 
seems to be alot of hearsay and rumour about the "zone", athough after reading about whats happened on a number of different forums and the owners attitude towards his customers and business i think he's shot himself in the foot! shame as they do have some good stuff on there every now and again! :( maybe a new runner could freshen things up again, although it sounds like another vtec direct case! :nono:
 
that whole thread was pathetic.

2200 for full swap? didnt collect himself ? trying to haggle saying hes skint ? complaining that didnt get 98spec manifold in that price too :O

only on civiclife.


but i do feel for leo as £2200 maybe on the cheap side for hubs and everything as £2200 is alot for anyone.

its abit 50/50 which is good for a trader.

every trader/shop gets there complaints
 
Lesson learned, never again id rather pay slightly higher price and actually get my stuff.
