Hi all,
some of you might have seen my thread on these a while back:
http://www.ek9.org/forum/interior-exterior/39574-opinions-these-custom-1-off-wings-ek9s.html

Well, here is the finished product:
IMAG0095.jpg

I will have more pictures of the final fitment etc over the next few days.

As in the original thread they are based on the original PREFACELIFT wing design with extra wide flares by 50mm.
The bolt on to the original boltholes in the body.
They come with the indicator outline so cutting a hole to fit your indicator lenses are simple and easy.
They are super lightweight.

We can offer these to other forum members at cost price and non-profit making. The pricing structure is as follows:
€250 for a set of wings
€50 postage
€12 donation to EK9.org for each sale.
Total price delivered is €312.

The wings are made to order and each order takes about 3 weeks to complete.

FACELIFT wings are currently being designed and will be tested on my own car. When I have them fitted and finished I will take pictures and post them here, but for the time being only prefaclift wings are available.

If anyone is interested please reply here or PM me and we can get the ball rolling from there.

If anyone requires pictures from certain angles please ask.

Thanks,
Kev.

damn man i would love a set of these.

its just that postage would be a killer for me

whats the weight saving over a standard door ?

I will get more pictures as soon as I can guys :nice:
Just to let people know, you will need to run wider tyres or at least put a 25mm spacer on to make your wheels fill out the arches.

These wings still have the original position bolt holes to attach your bumpers to.
The cars will be on display at Japfest on Sunday and I will have plenty of pictures.
:nice:

I so want a set of these...I'll have to save up the pennies first though :(

I will be having these when i have the money!! Cheers for making them available to everyone!

These look nice. Making any with spot for the indicator?

Spot for teh indicator will be outlined as in the link on the original post, so you can cut out the slot and fit the inicator perfectly.:)

As promised here are loads of pictures which i took at the weekend.
There is a remould being made for the drivers side wing as there is a slight crease it it about half way down. Other than that the fitment seems to be spot on and the finish superb.
All comments welcome, please post your opinions.

Thanks,
Kev.

Looks real hard! What have you done about the rears? Would it look a bit skinny in comparison?

On that particular car weve welded arch extensions on and smoothened them into the bodywork.
I will be leaving my own rear arches standard for the moment but I plan on doing a major overhaul of the rear of the car next year which will include exntended arches.
