B16b Gearbox / B18c Engine

Like Dale, i also run a S4C box on a B18C with a Mugen Diff, i am running 240BHP and 160lb/ft no probs at all.

The car drives quite nice, probably could be lower. It looks quite standard from the outside, the diff gets some getting used to, people always look round at the banging and clunking at car park speeds. The torque from low down is nice compared to B16A, really need to be able to shift quicker to make it more fun. If you give it a handful in the wet then you get wheelspin in every gear, but in the dry it behaves itself

Pez built this as an Endurance engine, it needs to have an eye kept on it, but nothing much more than standard service practice. It runs happy with low intake, and water temps. Sometimes a little pop between gear changes.

After i had Partial throttle mapping done, and a few sneaky tweeks on the hand commander, i get very good MPG, 300 miles on a tank full aint bad

A nine shell would've been better to start out with, and has crossed my mind, but i don't seem to able to let the Cypress Green go.

I may be going to JAE, so if anyone wants to come and chat, thats cool, maybe a little spin:drive:

There are loads of bit's i won't mention, some because i'm not smart enough, others because i respect Pez and all the hours, hard work he has put into this. If you speak to Perrrymoo i'm sure he will tell you done properley is a complete ballache, takes a long time.

I hope that don't sound too cocky, sorry if it seems everything is 'Perrymoo' but it really is, those that know him will understand.
