b18c-r baffled oil sump?

OK, ok..yes it is a street car OK. But come on, a lot of developement was done on/for track.

But anyway yeah, costs just like anything is a restraint.

Hmm..maybe I should just folk out for a Mugen, cant be arsed with the dick head garages around here taking the sump of, welding etc.

I know where I can buy a full baffled sump, but I'm wondering if anyone knows where supplies baffles only that could be welded in?

So far I've found:

For the price, these kits are good and definitely better than nothing at all in the pan.

The main difference again, is the fact that the large piece in the middle does not have the 1cm down turned lip.

Does this lip make THAT much of a difference? Yes it does make a difference as it prevents the oil from washing over the completely flat baffle.

Ordered from them on EBay. Will see how it goes...

Any tips in terms of welding it in that I should advise the welder of? Don't want bits of metal going wandering in my sump mid-track day!
