yea you can get it up in letterkenny renault garage in mountain top letterkenny

engine oil id go Motul 10w40

what about the landrover gearbox oil ?

No it's not! The oil composition is different! Search through my threads and you'll find all the info you need on this subject, I had a friend test 2 samples one Honda and one landrover and guess what....

Land rover, oil over heats after to many laps on track gears start to grind . I've got kazz which is much better .

I have always used mft3 from honda and never had any problems on track.
Using castrol magnatec oil in mine at the moment

I use fuchs pro race 5w 40, and for gearbox i use motul 300v ls, expensive but was recomended it for my cusco diff.

I second that. Only figured it out after the last track day.. i couldn't get that landrover muck out quick enough..

Engine oil , for track I use 5w50 from halfords. Car didn't use a drop all day. But its too thin for day to day driving so I'm back to castrol gtx 10w40..

Engine oil- I use Motul 6100 10W40
Gearbox oil- Honda OEM which is MTF.

Its whats recommended.

Reccomeded by who?
A 5w40 is better in uk climates...
Honda don't simply recommend one specific grade of oil if you read the manual.

This topic comes up nearly every week, it's ridiculous!
People just need to read the sticky or search... :)

Always used land rover mtf94 without any issues.

Engine oil, depends on the engine and setup really.

Anything from a 10-60 to 0-40.

Miller's CFS 10w50 for summer use. 5w or 10w/40 for winter.

Box oil. Honda MTF. Have used mostly Nissan MT XZ (75w80) with success over the years and I'm certainly not friendly to my gearbox.
