I recently bought a set of Desmond Regamaster Evos from Luke (aka Championship White) and all I can say is the wheels were exactly as he described them.
They were in A1 condition.
Luke was very forthcoming with information towards any queries I had in relation to the wheels and always got back to me quickly.

All in all, I would highly recommend him to anybody.
