Danielson's EK9 :D


Cost me loads to buy the house sort the heating and elecs. How is the car now compared to when I had it, with the new engine in it? Would be interested as I could get another EK9, really liked the car very good handling.
 
its totally different, alot more torque and power also!

you dont have to push it hard to get anywhere like with the b16b, the torque makes it alot easier to drive round town and as ive found on motorways aswell. the power is around 50bhp up on when you had it so im sure you can imagine the difference :)

plus it probs uses less petrol than on the 1.6 with the current remap so you cant really complain

Hello, are you using the rmo1a fajitsibu mate? Looking at buying another 9 can't afford a DC5 and test drove s2000 not for me. Have you still got the paperwork for the 5zigen mani I can't remember where I bought it from?
 
yeah i got it in the paperwork somewhere fella, not sure if its receipt tho maybe just packing details.

im not home till monday now as off to japshow for the weekend but ill have a look for you when i get back mate
 
very nice car mate.thats a good effort on the underside aswell how long did that take you to do!

got an update coming once i clear some space on my camera (its full of evos from japshow@pod this weekend lol)

jock- the underside took me a week of nights after work, most of the time was waiting for paint to dry and harden, it just gave me chance to clean elsewhere while i waited lol

Just read through the lot.
Wow think that's a new standard for when people say 'clean underneath, no rust'. Think I'll need to se about underneath mine but not as thorough though. Wish I'd done it when I replaced all my bushes.

thought i best tell you. . . there will be no more updates from me :)

the car sold last sunday to its previous owner, ek9cub above :)

a few emails were passed between us and test drive later the car is gone.

beautiful car to own and amazing to drive just evo ownership is calling me

ill get up some pics of how it left me
