I do love this car and your spoon pipe has gone to a good home :)

Very nice car, with some tasteful mods in there too!

One thing im confused about is - the car has Recaro's and Air-con, yet has the manual windows and non-srs steering wheel! Is this a racebase or not?

Josh..

not sure what it is josh lol, been told its a lightwieght model but not a racebase. probs just missing a few extras from the factory but to be honest im not too sure of the specs and options that were avaliable

the c brace is a top fuel rep i think, came from holland and imported by the last owner, got a hefty reciept for it somewhere :)

UPDATE :welcome:

coming to the end of my under body refurb now so thought i'd spend this wet afternoon showing whats gone on :secret:

first of i stripped it down so i could get in all areas to clean scrub and paint. this meant bumpers off, braces, anti roll bars, exhaust, camber arms and i lossened but didnt remove coilovers as i could get round them.

i jet washed all the arches and underside, using cilit bang as my cleaner (this stuff is excellent  ) brought them up a treat but not my sort of shiney clean.

after it was dry i treated the little rust there was with rust prevention paint, put on the grey stone chip all throughout the underside really thickly, waxoiled in all the chassis holes and left to dry.

after that i black stone chipped all the bottom of the car and painted the wheel arches in a bright white, hammerited all the suspension arms and fuel tank (with a tiny brush and it took for bloody ever :( )

painted my anti roll bar and rear bottom brace red for abit of bling and polished my spoon lower brace, oh yeah and added my function7 lca's into the mix aswell :win:

anyway the pics will say a thousand words:
