DATES CONFIRMED PG 9!!! Nurburgring 2011 EK9.org trip


I need to fill the 4 nights and place people potentially in the Sunparks as 12 persons are potentially in another location.

Thats cool, Im sure everyone appreciates the effort you've put in, but like you say, I think next year just say when your going (or let me know)....... If people want to come bad enough they will sort it out for themselves, all you need to do is book time off, book a Ferry / Euro Tunnel and find somewhere to stay. I would of come along with you lot but i cant get those dates off work as there are only 3 of us and one of the others is already off then :(

Really annoyed about this, looked last year and saw that the list was all full up + reserve spaces, so thought "Oh well, maybe 2012" and spent my money elsewhere/booked other holidays, and now theres spaces. fml. :(
 
White am i right to assume you just need 4 days of hotel fees up front?

Payment for the room will be required before monday @ £28 per night. Its actuall 28 Euros but for exchange rate reasons and a deposit require we are working it on pounds. Any left over will be refunded.

You guys are gonna have an awesome time...and in 10 days use up ALOT of fuel :drive:

Ive still got 1 month and 14 days to go, arghh thats gonna be the longest month ever.
 
Managed 8 laps to a tank of fuel last year with standard gears, can't imagine how much i will churn through this time round :eek:
