Hi guys, after looking around for some time for a Carbon bonnet I have made contact with a company who are prepared to offer some discounts if a bulk order is made.

So I'm putting together a group buy for EK Civic Carbon bonnets. The bonnets are made a leading company however due to discounts I can’t disclose the make. If you are seriously interested then I can pm you more details.

If we get 5 people included on the order the price will be £325 + p&p per item
If more people are interested then the price will go down to £310 + p&p per item

Postage should be around £10

would you be willing to do the same for a dc2 bonnet ? or is it just ek ?
 
depends on the quality of the weave, you got a close up photo? The one in the top looks as though it has dents in it.

The fit good? holes all pre drilled for fitting? and the catch good quality so i dont need to dril and fit aero catches?

Guessing the frame is fibre glass?

Any idea on the wieght?

As above really...especially seeing the (what looks like) dents. Depending on the answers to above I will probably stick my name down :nice:

Ill get some more close up pics for you, the fit is real good and they are predrilled.

With regards to the catch i cant comment however i will be fitting bonnet pins aswell for piece of mind.

Yep frame is fibreglass, I'll find out the weight differance aswell that is something im waiting for an answer on.

yeah would like to know the weight difference too. Would love a preface one. I am very interested :)
 
Ok the supplier has confirmed

Holes pre drilled, Catch fits as it should although we do recomend that you fit aeros. Weave is spot on its top grade carbon!

Lead time is 3-4 weeks delivered.

And he is taking pics today of the weave and will be getting the weight differance for me.
 
Ok that's cool. But what are those little dent looking things? Just below the right hand washer jet?
 
If we got more than 5 to bring the price down and the bonnets look good enough I might be in for one. How long do we have to decide?

Yeah i can always go back to the if we have more than 5 to see how much more we could get off.

Unsure this was the photo i was sent i have asked for better quality photos to be sent to me

Once we have 5 people down on the list i'll arrange to take deposits then would need to pay the full amount once they arrive.
