dunno were this thread should go....

as u can see im in need of a engine conversion specialists around the hampshire area.. if anyone knows of a place were they can source one n fit it aswel looking at the h22a or b18c, b16c something not to expensive or maybe even turbo them?

Only know a few in NI and Ireland. What kind of price you looking to spend?
 
What engine do you have already and what car is it going in. Tegiwa do a b18 swap if you have a b16b already. Well worth the travel too
 
Type2 in Belfast, IceTronix in Dublin, Honda Heaven in Galway. I should have mine back from Type 2 Belfast, unreal advice from the guy I'm using.
 
Can get the B18 done with that with Type 2 I think. He makes sure and gives back a smoothe running car with no reek or flaws whatsoever.

Hi we are a Honda Specialist Based just north of Oxford, (about 2hrs from P'mouth) there are a few guys on herewho we have done conversins for in the past (JDM Danny, SkoopEK9) Danny had a B20 conversion last year and Skoop had a B18 Type R conversion to this EK9 both very happy customers.

u buy the engine ill fit it lol pay me £500 and ill come do it be back on road same day as well
 
£500 to swop a b16b for a b18c:shocked:

Mate, get a couple of mechanical minded friends and some tools and do it yourself.
When I was looking into a b18c, my local mechanic said he could do it for £250.Said it was a seriously easy swop to do....would be even cheaper if I wanted to give him a hand doing it.

I'd do the swap for about £250 mate, I've done a couple of B18C into EK9 swaps now, and numerous engine replacements :)

I'm mobile too for the cost of petrol.

I will do a B18 swap for £200 & it will be a drive in drive out same day service!:nice:

I have done work for a good few lads on hear & they will vouch for my work!

I also have a 98 spec JDM B18 for sale a the mo too!:secret:

If i still had my EK9 i would be more than willing to let you try befor you buy but im affraid i dont have it anymore!:angry:
