little update....

new baffled sump arrived :)

loads of parts ordered for my top end rebuild:

OEM headgasket
OEM head bolts
OEM oil pump
OEM cambelt & koyo tensioner
supertech bronze valve guides
supertech Vitton stem seals

Aso soon as all my parts arrive i'll start stripping down and get my cylinder head sent off:

minimal skim
chemical clean
exhuast port polish
new bronze guides installed
3 angled valve seats

i'll keep you all posted :))
 
update after update jimbo can get enough of ur build thread! keep it up mate:D
 
looks very smart like the fact you've got yourself some different and rare wheels then rescued them :))
 
this is a great read man, going to town on this baby nothing is left alone with you mate.
everything is too my taste though so far mate not that it matters what i think but its just spot on perfect, as someone else said easily the nicest jordan i have seen, infact i normally don't like jordan's but yours is special.

Bit of an update with pics to follow!

Painted calipers and carries silver and suspension components black :)

New parts that have arrived!

New OEM Lambda sensor
Viper performance 2 ply Neoprene cold air feed ( for Dc2 airbox )
Hondata Thermal intake gasket
Generic Catch can
OEM N1 crank pulley

Still waiting for parts to arrive from the U.S

OEM ITR oil pump
Supertech bronze valve guides
Supertech vitton stem seals
ARP head studs
Ferrea Nitride flat face valves

And from simauto;

OEM headgasket
OEM TB gasket
OEM cambelt and KOYO tensioner
OEM sump gasket

Will post some pics up as soon as :)

Cheers dude, will get the pics as soon as, just working flat out at the moment getting our and other Squadron's Typhoon's ready to go to Cyprus to force the no fly zone over Libya :nerv:
