it's a battery terminal post due to relocating the battery,my battery is now infront of driver wheel tucked in the front bumper so you can't get to it if it goes flat,i've got a oddesey dry cell battery so it shouldn't but if it does you just take the red cap off put positive lead on there and negitive on a engine mount and there you go happy days! lol
