My 2005 350Z GT


Nice motor, now all it needs is a good exhaust, standard they sound a bit meh IMO.

To anyone interested we did some drags against my bros 320bhp EVO dyno proven the other week on a dyno dynamics and he is an amazing driver if anyone doubts. and his car is fast, used to piss on my EK9 after 90mph! And pull a couple car lengths before that speed.... Note his car sees 160mph GPS, it's very quick!

Me and him are very close, he has 1 car length or 2 depending on revs were at up to 110mph ish, after that we were very even till 130mph then slowed down... This 350z is a very fast car for anyone that has any doubts on them. Everyone was shocked when we tested them. Remember my car is stock bar an intake system.

Yeh these are definataly faster than I imagined.

Raced one awhile ago, pure pretty boy and his burd in it, was pure cocky, went from about 40mph and about 60 he shot past me and kept pulling.

I did not look cool hahahaa.
 
Looks good, each too there own, would never demise somebodies choice or car!

Personaly I would have went for an M3 E46 if funds allowed! I know it's not gap and it's main party peice is top end speed but havin driven an M coupe it would be the choice for me!

Did you look into them at all, just out of curiosity??

I do really love the E46 but initially it was the price that put me off... I budgeted myself £10K for a car and decent ones went for £13-14K really with decent mileage. I could have stretch to £14K i just didnt want to just yet...

But besides this ive always fancied a 350z.... M3 is such a typical car also and this was also putting me off a little bit... These are my reasons.

Great cars though, i personally love them(the M3)

i love these cars and reckon they look soooo nice in black.
but my mate had one about a year back and it seemed to spend more time in the garage being repaired with electricals and stuff that kept going wrong...but his was earlier model i think,were there any problems with the earlier ones they ironed out with later models???
there is a white one decked on wot look like TE37s or rota equivalents near where we live(norwich)
good choice though hope all goes well with it:)

Ive not heard any problems with electrics actually, i hope that it doesnt casue any problems :nono: So far all that has happened is my air bag is telling me it needs a service by flashing at me... But ive only had the car just over 2 weeks.. Fingers crossed... on the forums they say there aren't really any problems to look out for apart from rear driveshaft... They say generally reliable cars... I'll have to see how mine goes i guess...
 
Hi guys! I hope everyone is still good!

I just thought id pop in an put a couple of pics up of how the car is looking and a quick vid as ive done a few mods since such as:

1/2inch Plenum spacer
Ichiba Y pipe
OBX de-cats
Magnaflow Cat back
Lightened flywheel
Small aerial
Stripped 50KG of weight
And my new wheels :)

The car has been very reliable and great great fun to drive. Lots of power and really does handle. Looking at a vortech supercharger for it @ 8PSI Circa 400BHP stock internals.

Car's looking well Dan:nice: Seems to pull hard after 5500rpm....has this car got abit of vtec goin on:p
