My B18'ed EK9 on Croft circut with HOT 22/7/2011

This was my first trackday out in the new EK9 & i loved every min of it!

The car did very well apart from a bad earth causing me to miss the start of the last two sessions of the day (sorted now though)

Considering this is my daily/family car i felt she did very well, would benifit from a good geo steup/ bracing & a little more power.
Just cant wait to get another family car so i can turn her into my track/race car!

Quick question is croft circuit the first right up the country lane out the other side of croft just before you get to paddock farm? Car looks mint mate also

I did meet you briefly, was talking to you for a few minutes at the end of the day Telling us about your earthing problems etc was just after the last session. I was the lad in a blue jumper you came over and spoke to me and my mates who were in their EP3's (Black and Grey standard EP3s and my mates silver one)

Got a rear wheel bearing away on the car, hasn't fully gone yet but didn't want to risk taking it on track.

Its not MINT yet but getting there!
I couldnt tell you mate, i just followed the trusty Sat Nav.

Yeah the car peformed really well to say its stock bar the b18 & BC coilovers!
All in good time it will become a Track Wepon!

Yeah the last vid is cool, the idea was to go out behind my mate sam (yellow 9) & overtake him to get some good footage of his 9 trying to keep up me!
That plan went out the window when my car wouldnt start (bad earth) & i missed the start of the session & just got the vid on the first page.(

Yeah she was going well considering the spec of her, the vid's dont do the sound justice at all! it pop's & bang's its tits off!

It would have been good if you could have been there, was a amazing weekend not just the trackday!
Dont think i will be able to make the 26th TBH mate (whos it with) i will prob only make one more trackday this year.
Trying to save money as much as i can as i want to get on the VTC grid next year at some point.

There is a friend of the Mrs's family who is really into motorsport & my Mrs's dad is going to have a word about some kind of sponsorship, so fingers crossed!
