UPDATE TIME :


havnt had an update in a long time due to christmas etc.

but most recent buy is this

havnt really had time to run it properly but had a few goes with it in a vtec just feels perfect now!

ive also bought 6000k H.I.D's and some new oil for a much needed oil change ;)
 
Did you buy the spoon oil cap in the end? Need some dry weather to try out vtec properly mine spins all over the place :)
 
Great 9 mate and some real nice choice modifications there. Keep it updated!

yeah weather is terrible at the moment but it looks like the sun is shinning slightly today :)

yeah cant wait! been driving it now with the ECU and my god, the differnce it makes is like light and day! i feel like there is alot more power before vtec and after vtec and being able to hold vtec in and out of corners instead of the big kick which used to put you off in corners! i love it :D

steve your ek9 gave me a lot of inspiration and cant wait to see it in the flesh in germany!
saying theres where has your build gone :(

i dont really no where to go after this (plans wise) if anyone could give any info on good worth while parts no matter what price!
apart from i am getting new disks and pads very very soon!

don't worry, be plenty pics once winter build is done, also a couple videos when it's off for tuning :nice:
 
nice build mate will have to meet up soon. is the spoon ecu just plug in and go or is there any kinda prep work like mapping etc ?

thanks. yeah ill speak to the honda culture boys and see if they are going to do a milton keynes meet soon! would be good if you could come meet new people and check out some more ek9s :nice:

with the ecu, it took around 5 minutes to install plug and play quickest part ive (well my brother) has ever fitted on my car so far! defo worth the buck
 
i spent a good few hours yesterday on my car,

managed to fit my 98spec dc2 manifold HID's and do a good oil change!

the manifold makes a huge difference in sound performance and looks, very worth the buy!
im thinking about heat wrapping the 98spec but looking for pictures of a heat wrapped 98spec mani and cant find any :(!

ill get pics of the manifold fitted soon :)
