hello everyone.
washed the S2000 today, then the heavens opened!
Took a few more in close pictures for the people that are interested,

as you can see very little rust on the body of this beaut!

i can take it back off? will only go back up once ive got enough posts.
 
yup hes right cheapest s2k going with a hardtop atm, still over priced tho lol
 
no worries about the wheel colour, they are going back silver soon, getting the front end resprayed to get rid of the stonechips. get an alarm on there aswell.
will update as and when
 
okay so little update on my s2000,
fitted an alarm this week and checked my service book to be greeted with FSH!
also took some pictures with the roof down!

Whats it like with the hard-top, is it quieter than just the soft-top?
Will look nice with the wheels back silver and the front painted :)

yeah much quieter with the hardtop on, just like any other car. but the wind noise and pretty much any noise is really noticable with the soft roof up.

not sure i can be bothered to get it all done now, just want gone so i can get a 9! lol
 
I think that age S2000's look **** standard, and this one looks horrible with those wheels. Done properly they look great but standard they're awful.. i know you said you'd change them but Meh ..
 
Each to ther own dude. Wheels are marmite and Wernt quite the colour I was aiming for. I think s2k looks really nice. Spesh with the hardtop on!
 
Oh don't get me wrong man i didn't mean any offence, but by your comment i think you understand my comment and didn't take offence ;) . Its just that particular age s2k i have never liked.

TBH maybe its because as enthusiasts we see so many hotted up ones the basic ones look a bit weak.. I'll bet she is a hoot to drive though :nice:

Kind of agree but wouldn't go as far to say it looks horrible.

My mate has the same model and just changing the wheels for the new model wheels transformed it a lot.
