Well decided it was time to buy a daily to give the Jordan a rest and so I can decide what I want to do with it as I am considering breaking it but we will see.

So anyway. I wanted a Facelift Cosmic Grey EP3 which proved hard to find.

Eventually after viewing 4 not so good examples I spoke with a friend and he decided to sell his. We agreed a price and the deal was done :D

99,000 miles, Full Honda Service History and just had a brand new clutch, service and gearbox oil done at Honda. It has been a well looked after car!

Only photo I have just now, driven it for about 3 hours tonight and tbh I love it. Not a fast as the Jordan or doesn't feel as good but it's a better car all round (think I'm getting old)!

Will give it a good clean and get some better photos uploaded :nice:

Great all rounds cars, I had a cosmic grey Facelift as a daily myself and couldn't fault it!

I had a nhb prem edition mate and loved it. My advise for what its worth is don't modify it. I tried and it will never be as good as an ek imo. So enjoy it as it is... and keep the Jordan :nice:.... but sell me your seeker haha

Plan to keep it oem just now. Possibly do a few breathing mods and a remap but won't go wild.

Still got the Jordan just now, I may break depending on how I feel. Seeker could be for sale at the right price

Stop fighting it Logan.
The engine will end up in the jordan

Today I spent hours, washing, clay bar, polishing and waxing the car :)

New front discs and pads should be here tomorrow for it. Hopefully get them fitted.

Will get some proper pictures when I have some more time :nice:

I have a passenger heko for this if you can find a drives one haha

So to say the least I have been very busy collecting parts for this over the past few months!

Here is a half decent picture after it was cleaned.

I noticed there was some slight surface rust on the rear arch lip. Which kind of annoyed me so my mate who is a painter came by and sorted it out for me. Took all the way back to bare metal and repainted. Here is some pictures.

Then the common fault of the front sticky caliper came! So bought a rebuild kit and @RyanSi done a great job on rebuilding them :)

So at this point I was happy with the car and could now spend money on some decent parts for it!

Started off by making a 10hour round trip to Wolverhampton to pick up some wheels :D

17x8 ET45 Enkei RPF1

Then picked up a Tegiwa air intake

Japspeed 4-2-1 manifold and I then bought a megaphone with reverse cone off @SPek9

Black Friday then came about and I could not resist making a few purchases with some of the deals that were on!

3" K-Tuned Turn Down Muffler

Drag Cartel Stage 1 (DIC)

Got a nice deal from a friend on a 70mm RBC with a 70mm s90 throttle body which I couldn't pass up.

Put some Gold heat reflective tape on it to keep the intake temps down a bit

Then for Christmas my other half got me a private plate :nice:

That is all for now really.

The plate will be going on ASAP as for the rest of the parts they are sitting under my bed or in the garage. Still need to buy a timing chain/tensioner, get my 3" exhaust made up, source some genuine RDX 410cc injectors then get @Vtec6000 to come over with some Kpro and transform the car :)

Will update when the plate is on but at the moment the car is still standard so nothing exciting happening yet!

Forgot the mention in the above post.

I found a good deal on eBay last night as well. These should arrive in about a week or so. Looked extremely clean from the photos and seller said they are one of the best condition sets he has ever seen :D

Nice collection of parts man

Be interesting to see what power you make with the cams etc about the only thing I don't have out of your mod list.

Drag Cartel ones are decent money as well compared against skunk2 and TDI north. Just haven't seen any dyno results from them yet.

Thanks mate.

Yeah hopefully have them all on soon and mapped. Just a few bits to get :)

A couple of hundred more than skunk2 ones but not sure how they compare price wise to TDI North ones. Should be decent enough though!

Car looks great! Cosmic is the best color... :nice:

I was gonna suggest replacing the sad looking tailpipe that the car came with, but I see you've taken care of it... :D

Excited to see what kind of gains you will see from all those shiny parts...

Coming along nicely @LoganK.

We going all out with this?

Thanks mate!

Well just what I have got so far and a remap. Then more than likely get some coilovers/camber arms and I think that's it. Not going to strip it out and cage it or anything (well not anytime soon  ). Enjoying the interior, very luxurious compared to what the Jordan was!

Fair enough man. I'd also keep the interior intact if it was my daily and enjoy the comfort. Mind you, wasn't your Jordan a daily and you didn't exactly hold back!

On track next year? With some pads this will be decent on Knockhill.

I've just brought myself a ep3 too, still got my ek9. I agree with you the ep3 feels way more luxurious, refined, smoother and softer to drive, however the Ek9 feels way more special and the seating position is perfect. How are you feeling about the gear position on the ep3, I'm still getting use to it feels really weird!

Possibly on track will see what happens. A lot going on next year financially so trying to get this done ASAP :)

I agree with you mate. EP3 I would say is a better all round car but in terms of a car to properly drive the EK was much better. Maybe the EP3 will feel good when the suspension is set up properly
I love the gear position, for a standard car with no LSD I am impressed with the handling. Can't wait to get a decent set up and a LSD. Pretty confident I will set a better time round Knockhill in the EP3 :D

Spot on about the handling, I was expecting the ep3 to handle really dull and corner like a boat but it handles surprisingly well for a standard car without lsd. Makes the driver work it harder, I think I may change the steering wheel for a smaller one should make a good difference. Apart from that I want to keep the ep3 a standard daily and ek9 a weekend/track toy.
