North Korea are going to do something daft (e.g attack a ship, test another missile) and things will get serious.

I reckon China are the only nation that could talk Kim Jong Un out of making things worse.

30 year old being told what to do by older China after 30 year old father passes, not going to work, Kim Jong Un is not in the mood to being told what to do after being in charge. He is too young to be wise yet.

His age is his downfall and our concern. Not stable at age 30. Too much spunk and little experience will get that boy into deep kimchi.
 
I fear you might be right. China will have some influence in North Korea but its whether they have enough. China will want to avoid a conflict as it will cause them problems and hopefully North Korea will listen to their only "ally".

When Japan attacked the USA, Americans were stunned that the small country with short people could do such harm. Thinking that the little japanese would even know how to pull something like an attack off.

North Korea might be under funded, but no funding is needed when you have nothing to loose but everything to gain.

This. The consistent threats from NK are just beginning to get annoying. Hopefully Russia step in, everything get's interesting when Russia step in.
