Seargant Japan rear lip diffuser

its the mating up of the front of the diffuser to the rear subframe that i would be worried about fitting correctly for useful airflow

these may look cool but they are also designed to stop the parachute effect that ek rear bumper generate as you well know josh

Aye, but in all honesty these are unlikely to produce a noticeable difference, not without a full underbody diffuser, although agree it will likely reduce the parachuting effect. More than anything, with a product like this I am more interested in it for looks than function since on the road and occasional track driving its unlikely to yield any noticeable difference.

If it's not really practical it's not a problem, was looking into the chaser aerodynamics one anyways :nice:

you can put me down for one in fiberglass if you give a price for it and for shipping to cayman islands

we are waiting to order the lip and confirmation that the lip is in production

i am unsure if this will fit a coupe but we can maybe modify one to make it fit

...for a Coupe, Sign me UP! I will arrange shipping.
I am trying to loose the rear bumper effect, parachute effect. This should do the trick for my use and will not look over done. perfect .

now the coupe has a tad longer rear bumper meaning the sides are longer when compared to the HB, not by a ton, but that would be the difference I am willing to have modified if necessary..for sure count me in.

Holy ****, one hot ass diffusor!

Not true! I've tested once how much the parachute effect cost in terms of speed and especially on higher speeds it makes a noticable difference!

A very good read indeed! ^^^ please review that link, makes ya think.

As far as the remaining uncovered parts of the under-body, [bonnet/hood back to this diffuser], this would be a much easier fix now that the rear diffuser is done which is the hardest part to fab., in my mind. the other parts are easy flat pieces to fab up, again, in my mind.

i will be updating this as and when i know more

hopefully i can get some pics

we are currently clearing our schedule to start making the mould

do they only fit certain axhausts? like would an under axle exhaust get in the way or could if be modded to fit?

id say they will come with no hole at all maybe and then you cut to fit your application

that will be worked out during the moulding process

quick question when you say carbon lip would it be the hole lip or the underlay bit in carbon ? like in the first pictures on the grey ek would it just be the black bit carbon or the whole thing?

but i want one either way as was looking at buying the genuine thing but as you've already done it and making them for 1/3 of the price why not :)
