I know there is probably a few threads asking the same but nowadays good tyres get discontinued so i'd rather have an upto-date thread :) I still have a few months of thread left on mine but probably best i start looking earlier incase.. Its my daily so i drive my car all the time, in the dry and in the rain etc.

I've not tried any other tyres apart from the ones i have atm, ive got 15" GT3's running Parada spec 2's. Amazing in the dry but can be slippery in the wet!

What tyre's is everyone running? :)

As you said good tyre's get discontinued, Love Hankook RS2's but there finished now. Use them on the road but they really came to life on track with a few heat cycles.

Ordered my dad a set Federal RSR's there for his DC2 he has Yoko spec 2's on at the minute does not rate them at all, but they are designed as a road tyre at the end of the day. So I'll see how he gets on with the RSR's which could be my next set of tyre's. Or might buy something like 888's for a set of track wheels. :nice:

Lol Chris just a d15 ;p jokes I wouldn't try spending loads on tyres though.8" I just bought some k425 hankooks from camskills. If you look at the £45-£55 range I think you wil be fine. Unless you go budgets :)

What size you looking for mate?
I've got some R1Rs for sale 205/50/15
Epic tyres!

AD08's for me, awesome tyres.. Just about to get 2 new ones on my 9. They last fairly well too..

Got ad08 on my s2000. Great tyres and last quite a long time considering the grip they have

Best all round track and fast road - Federal RSR. last forever and grip well.

My ad08 still have a bit of life left after nearly 5000 miles on fronts, although i don't hoon about much coz usually got my 2yo son in the back :)

Mine have lasted longer than that and I've hit the track Afew times.

ye ive done 3k miles including a trip to the ring and my ad08s still have loads of life left in them! defo recommend them.

Haha D15 or not my car still slides! Don't underestimate ;) Lol nah i dont even want to attempt budgets if spec2's slide itself! How are your tyres then?

I actually have no idea tbh, lol don't know what size would be best..

Looks like RSR's and AD08's are the popular choices so far!

How's the life on them? 5000 miles doesnt sound like much lol i've drove over 20k miles and my spec2's are still going! A few mm left :)

RsR for me! Good life on them, great on track wet or dry and good grip on the roads too.
Not a bad price at £320 for a set of 205/45/16!

Where can i can AD08's or RSR's then? Where do you's buy them? Just need two, Think i need to replace my tyres sooner than i thought :(

I had re70's on the civic before i went to ad08s, wish i never changed! The side walls are so soft compared, in the dry they are good but for the type of tyres i thought there would have been more. In the wet drive 10mph slower than what you would normaly do. They can be very unpredictable!
