Hi

I've got the above mentioned exhaust on my ek9 but I'm worried it might be restrictive being a smallish bore

My car is a k20 rotrex and I'm thinking about a custom 3" bore system

Is it worth changing?

I would say you would benefit to change up to 3" specially being boosted. J's is kool though haha

J's is mega cool. Super JDM points and pritty bloody light system. But for the likes off a K20 even as N/A would be benificial to get a custom 3". Especialy as your boosted.

hes your man ive recently had my 2.5 system made up cant beat the qualitly and top guys.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask

But what could I get for the j's?

gotta be worth at least £850-900 thats what id sell mine for!

what dia is the j's racing. I cant imagine it being too restrictive. especially when you think that a 2.5" exhaust is used for 300hp evo's.

60mm so 2.36"

im hopefully running closer to 400 then 300

everything ive read says its good for tuned b series specifically N/A

Then yes you would probably benefit from a larger bore exhaust if your going for 400!

sell me the j's ;) for when i get my ek9 ha

brother has one on his dc2 and sounds insane!! been wanting a j's for a long time! ha

id be tempted to sell mine but need a decent replacement......

Get rid of it, the difference in a 2.36 & 3" on a rotrex k-swap will be huge, dont mind the brand, get it welded back to b series length, and sell it to some jdm fanboy for big money :naughty:
