Havnt posted in a while but I have still been busy.
I was getting my car tuned so fitted some Skunk2 pulleys with custom cut outs by Hond-R

So me and a few of my friends all headed down to Eurospec on the 21/3 for tuning.
I wasn’t very happy with the figures that mine produced, it drove great but I felt the engine should have more to give as I knew I had a damaged header from having the car too low.

A few days after I went to Santa Pod for Fast Show and decided to run the car. I couldn’t get a good start but I think thats just my heavy right foot, still ran a 14.2 that I was happy with.

I decided to change the header and I think one of the best out there is the Skunk2 Megapower.

I managed to get booked back in with Eurospec to get it tuned again
A few hours before I also changed the fuel filter and air filter that hadn’t been done since I first bought the car in late 2008. I also changed my platinum spark plugs for iridium ones under the advice of Maz from Hond-R.

A lot happier with the figures that she made this time!

Some nice figures there Boyle; The mega power really did make a difference over the other header, looks nice in the engine bay also ;) :nice:
 
Thats a piece of Art you own there boyle.. Amazing car, great choice in modifications..

That is a seriously clean bay mate :nice: u do it by hand? Even the pas pipes look brand new!
 
I went out in this after the first map at 195bhp and it blew me away! Can't wait to go out in it again now!

I just use Autoglym engine degreaser then vinyl and rubber care to clean the engine bay.

aaah i have a care-box of autoglym in the garage aswell i will give it a try thanks :nice:
 
nice figures andy..in fact the same as me:p well i have bit more tourque
